I love to move. I love to be still. And I love aligning my actions and choices with my deepest values.
As an embodiment of this alignment, I teach the healing practices of Qigong and Meditation, and also offer courses and support for people curious about transitioning to a plant-based diet and lifestyle.
I am grateful to be able to share practices that support awakening, stress release, healing, and living our deepest truths. The Earth and all her Beings need this from us now more than ever.
