weekly meditation gathering
To support our practice, in community as it was meant to be, we'll meet for an hour each week. I’ll lead a guided meditation (~20 minutes), followed by a short dharma talk on a meditation-related topic (~10 min), followed by sharing, discussion and Q&A. We’ll end with a short gratitude or lovingkindness meditation. We’ll also maintain a WhatsApp group for people to communicate and support each other in between gatherings.
When: Weekly on Tuesdays, 6-7pm PST
Where: On Zoom + WhatsApp
I'm offering this class on a dana* (donation) basis.
*The teachings are given freely because they are considered priceless. Dana is the practice of cultivating generosity. Dana is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is given from the heart.
