About the event
In each of ten weekly classes, I'll share a teaching and lead a guided meditation exploring a particular approach to meditation. All the techniques I'll be sharingare grounded in the Buddhist and Mindfulness traditions and techniques I've learned through my years of study, practice, and training. Through guided practice,you'll experience each approach directly, learning what resonates for you. And we'll have time for questions and discussion in community at the end of eachclass. My intention is to support you in expanding your tool kit for creating quiet, contemplative, healing pauses in your life -- a practice that both sustains anduplifts you.
